WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from BlueRaven. All our products are custom made for your order. We offer returns on any item that is defective in printing or manufacture. Because your order is custom printed we cannot offer returns except for defects in production. Please be sure to check out our “what size do I need” info and product descriptions for each product to be sure you get exactly what you want. If you have any problems with the quality of production (never happens... well, we're all human) or questions, please contact us at: BlueRaven Help Central and we will issue a return/replace authorization or refund and work with you on a solution to your problem. Do not return products without getting an authorization first.

HOW DO I AVOID RETURNS?

- Check our sizing info under “What size do I need?” to get the garment that’s the fit you love.

- When you receive your confirmation email, be sure to review it carefully and confirm that it lists exactly the items you ordered. If you find any discrepancies, contact us right away at BlueRaven Central. We take orders into production very quickly so any changes must be made right away. Once an order goes into production we cannot change your order. We want you happy so please give the email a read.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

On each product page there is a description of the fit and a sizing chart. Fashion fit/fitted t-shirts will be a more body defining style than our classic fit apparel. To be absolutely sure of the fit, take your favorite t-shirt and measure across the chest and from the shoulder to hem as shown in the size chart. There you go!



WHERE IS MY STUFF?

You will receive a confirmation email from BlueRaven when you place an order. It will contain tracking links so that you can check the status of your order. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the tracking page for your order. If your order is shown as delivered and you don’t have it in hand please allow 24 hours before contacting us (3 days if over the weekend to allow for Monday delivery) and we will find your order. Deleted that email? No worries. Contact us at BlueRaven Help Central and we will check the status and send you updated info. 

WHY AM I GETTING SEVERAL PACKAGES FOR MY ONE ORDER?

We make our various products in different locations. Mugs, bags, wall art and shower curtains will arrive in different packages than our printed apparel.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Shipping times in the U.S. are typically 7-10 days. For international shipping expect 4-15 days.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH PRINTING ON T-SHIRTS?

Printing on fabric isn’t like getting a print from the corner photo shop. We believe that we have the very best possible printer with the best possible reproduction of our graphics. That being said: sometimes things don’t go as expected.  Each piece is made by a human being so mistakes happen from time to time. We love our graphics and want them to look great just as much as you do. If you feel that your t-shirt, hoodie, tote or other printed item is flawed in some way, we want to know about it. Be sure that you contact us right away so that we can resolve the issue. Reach out to us at BlueRaven Help Central and we will take care of it ASAP.
